Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NOS Barber Supply, we strive for professional excellence and offer a 30-day return policy on most unused tools and grooming products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as shears, razors, and opened liquids cannot be returned once used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original product packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to NOS

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
